Guarantee

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not include damage caused by any of the following:

  • Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear that inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.
  • Improper use or misuse of the product.
  • Damage caused by chewing, incidental damage, like tearing, alterations, or modifications.

If you suspect a defect:

Confirmation of the manufacturing defect will be by physical examination of the item. Approved claims will be refunded for the product and return shipping. Notify us via email at hello@outfoxfordogs.com, and include the purchase date and order number.

  1. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number for you to send the suspected defective item to OutFox.
  2. The suspected defective item must be received within 21 days after the RA number is provided.
  3. Fill out the Return Form on the back of your receipt, and enclose a copy in your package.
  4. Mail your package via USPS to:

Return of Unused Items

Unused items are returnable within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging. To be considered unused, the item must be in new, unused condition, and has not been outside.

Important: For your dog’s protection, we do not accept returns of any Field Guard which has been used or worn outside. This is to prevent transmission of diseases such as Parvovirus. Though your dog is vaccinated, Parvovirus can survive for long periods of dormancy outdoors. If you’re not sure regarding fit, comfort or any other returnable reason, please test the Field Guard on your dog inside the home.

Shipping charges are not refundable. OutFox will issue a credit to your original payment method for the amount of the returned item(s).

Return Authorization Number is required.

  1. Request Return Authorization Number from hello@OutfoxForDogs.com.
  2. Fill out the Return Form on the back of your receipt, and enclose a copy in your package.
  3. Mail your package via USPS to:
